Positions We’re Hiring For
Cladding Wellington is currently looking to grow our team. Below are the roles we commonly recruit for:
1. Exterior Cladding Installers
You’ll install weatherproof, visually striking cladding systems for residential and commercial properties. Experience with stone, plaster, or stucco cladding is a major plus.
2. Apprentice Cladding Workers
New to the field? Begin your career with us. Learn the trade alongside experts while getting hands-on experience with a range of cladding solutions.
3. Recladding Technicians
We specialize in restoring and upgrading aging or damaged exteriors. Help homeowners protect their investment through high-performance recladding methods.
4. Site Team Leaders
Oversee teams, coordinate with project managers, and ensure delivery of projects on time and to our signature high standard. Must have leadership experience in construction or cladding.
5. Finishing & Detail Crew
Your eye for detail is key. Help complete jobs with flawless finishes, edge sealing, flashing installation, and weatherproofing—crucial steps in maintaining a high-quality cladding job.
